Raphael Ramseyer

Raphael P. Ramseyer, member of the Board of Directors of Addiuva Enterprises since 2009 and President of the Board of Directors of ISR Corp. whose headquarters are located in Puerto Rico.

Mr. Ramseyer is a graduate of the Basel Business University, Switzerland with a BA in International Banking, BBS from GSBA. He began his career in international banking in 1985 at Shearson American Express in Geneva, Switzerland, then held management positions in equity and debt derivative markets at Citicorp Investment Bank in Switzerland. His career led him to manage equity and derivative portfolios in Zurich, Tokyo and London for Merrill Lynch from 1988 to 2000. From 2000 he was Director of Corporate Markets for Europe, Middle East and Asia for Citigroup.
