Luis Narro Robles is the President of the Board of Directors of Addiuva Enterprises, holding the position since the founding of the business group. He has been characterized as a successful businessman, having founded several companies in different territories under business models with successful results. He is a creative and visionary leader who began his career in the prepaid legal aid market in Mexico. In a short time he created the first large-scale products offered to the most important mobile phone companies in Mexico. This was just the first of many commercial successes, which resulted in the creation and consolidation of more than 30 companies around the world.

In 2004, convinced that the assistance services market was an important part of his life project, he became a dream to establish operations in the 5 continents. Accompanied by that dream was the realization of the provision of services that provide solutions to companies through the latest technology and founds Ikatech Solutions. He also specialized in the operational control and monitoring centers of services for third parties and founded the Voccare Global Solutions Center. At present, Addiuva Enterprises is a group of companies providing technology solutions services, assistance services and control and monitoring services for third-party services with a presence on 3 continents and subsidiaries in more than 22 countries.
